NtVScrollBar

The NtTimeChartControl can be scrolled vertically. But it does not have scrollbars on its own. Instead a NtVScrollBar can be placed on the Form and be attached to the Time Chart. The reason for this speciality is that the vertical scroll bar might be located separated form the NtTimeChartControl. Imagine you have a NtTimeChartControl with a legend to its right. Then the vertical scroll bar will be located not directly attached to the right side of the NtTimeChartControl but to the right side of the NtFlankControl that makes up the legend. In this case the NtTimeChartControl's vertical scroll bar is located detached from the Time Chart as the NtFlankControl is located in between.
